Sleeps guests up to 12, oversized Kitchen, plenty of space, and is perfectly positioned by the walking trail, sand volleyball, outdoor workout area, and playground. This beautiful home is 2 minutes from Lake Lewisville, shopping, dining, and attractions.

The space
Enjoy the over-sized Kitchen, walk-in Closets, Laundry Room with washer and dryer, and a Resort-like Backyard complete with swimming pool, lounge areas, and fire pit. The Backyard also includes a basketball goal on the over-sized driveway area that is enclosed. The patio, pool and hot tub area has bistro lighting at night.

The Master Bedroom includes a King bed, a Twin daybed complete with a Twin trundle pull out if needed. This space also doubles as a sitting area. One guest bedroom includes a Twin bed and desk area for work. The third bedroom includes another King bed and the fourth bedroom is includes two sets of bunk beds, Twin over Full and a Twin over Twin.

The upstairs area also includes a Game room complete with game table, and assortment of games and sitting area. Three SMART TVs are throughout the property with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video.

The main bathrooms have waterfall shower heads and are stocked with towels, washcloths and hairdryers. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner are also provided.

The spacious kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, a coffee station, and all the necessary kitchen necessities. A grill is also provided in the backyard space.

Guest access
Guests with access the property with the keyless entry and contact the hosts upon arrival. The entry camera and security system also serves as protection.
